Ok guys, if you can guess in part, our self-improvement maven, Teapot, suggested this and I thought it was a great idea. So it's mid-January and I think most people take some stock about what they'd like do differently. For me, I would like to work more efficiently, clean more efficiently, maybe get off certain types of social media (b/c I'm too easily distracted), eat better and exercise.

Boy that's it.
