There’s a post going up a little bit later with some ideas for passing the time and possibly another coronavirus article collection if I get time.

In the meantime, if you have Prime, until the end of the month you can watch a few Showtime shows for free including the first season of Kidding, which was my absolute favourite show of 2018. Whole thing takes less than 5 hours. It’s dark but super sweet, funny, and moving (you’ll cry). It’s perfect if you’re feeling alone or lonely. I’m not usually much of a Jim Carey fan when he’s doing comic stuff, but he’s fantastic in dramatic roles like he is here (which is still funny thought) and supported by an incredible cast including Catherine Keener, Judy Greer, and Frank Langella. It also reteams him with Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind director Michel Gondry who does some fucking BRILLIANT visual work here. The title sequences alone are works of art. And to top it all off it features an out of left field batshit crazy performance by Tara Lipinski of all people.
