Have you ever looked back at a past decision and been like "thank god I didn't go the other way!". Maybe it was a person you almost dated [or married!], a place you almost moved to, a school you almost went to, or job you almost took? Come tell me about it!

The reason this was on my mind is because I just got finished watching 20 Feet from Stardom, the documentary about back-up singing. When I was younger I was very involved in singing and many people encouraged me to try and go into music professionally. I considered it but ultimately decided it wasn't for me. Watching how much of a pain in the ass it was for all these really talented singers (and how many people with huge freaking egos you have to deal with) made me so happy I didn't go down that path.

So, how about you guys? What is one road not taken that,in hindsight, you are super happy stayed that way?
